Shanti is a certified clinical herbalist, Zang Fu Gong and Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong practitioner and trauma-informed yoga therapist as well as a sound healer, spirit medium and Shamanic healer with over 20 years of experience leading women’s circles and international retreats as well as supporting personalized optimal wellness, fitness programs and innate healing with her clients and students.
She has been on faculty at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Neurosculpting Institute, StarHouse Sacred Arts Certification as well as many 500 hr. YTT courses.
