Power Up Your Heart for Wellbeing in Troubling Times

Do you know you have a toroidal field of energy that expands 4 feet around your heart and your breath is a key to instantly power up your heart coherence and optimize your wellbeing by regulating your nervous system and mitigating the stress response to remain calm, clear, conscious and connected in the midst of life’s chaos and uncertainty.

Yup it’s true.

The energy field and natural superpowers of the human heart have not only been shared in ancient texts across many cultures but also proven again and again in modern day neuroscience and quantum biology research. Research has consistently shown that light, sound, breath, vibration and intention set the tone and frequency for harmonizing our heart coherence.

Heart coherence is a scientifically proven state of synchronized harmony between one’s heart, emotions and thoughts resulting in a state of emotional stability by regulating one’s own nervous system. When our heartbeat rhythm, our breathing and our blood pressure are in sync, we are in heart coherence instantly experiencing enhanced cognitive function and a reduced stress response.

What has also been proven through quantum biology and shared in ancient wisdom is the simplicity of powering up our own heart coherence for physical and mental wellbeing. And this is not something you can purchase or hire someone else to do for you. It’s an inside job.

Below I share a simple and proven 1-5 minute breathing practice you can apply to your daily life to maintain a state of calm, wellbeing and connection through your heart coherence.

It’s human nature to navigate through the various frequencies of fear and anger through our day with the unknowns of these times. The key is to use our breath, tone of our heart and frequency of intention to move through these emotions and power up an authentic state of trust, hope and harmony.

This proven research dates back to over 30 years ago through the well known Map of Consciousness developed by Dr. David R. Hawkins. See below for an image of this map which calibrates levels of human consciousness from 1 to 1,000 based on decades of research using kinesiology (muscle testing) shared in his book Power vs. Force, which was published in 1995.

See the image below for more information on the energetic log vibrations calculated during this research to distinguish the levels of survival paradigm, reason and integrity, and the spiritual paradigm in the Map of Consciousness that we each have the power to navigate daily by regulating our energy, coherence and tone.

In addition, current research in quantum biology over the past 10 years further proves the power is in our own heart to energize our wellbeing, optimize our health and power up the higher functioning parts of our brain with a harmonized nervous system through sound, light, intention and breath. Again, it’s an inside job. We have the natural superpowers to navigate and regulate our own wellbeing.

Nikola Tesla shared many years ago, “If you want to find the secrets of the Universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” And Albert Einstein shared, “Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.”

In simple terms we all know sounding and toning like humming carries a vibration and frequency. When we sync an intention with that vibration, we literally shape how that tone and frequency is received and transmitted through our cells and toroidal energy field around our heart.

Here’s a simple, proven and powerful 1-5 minute practice for you:

The Quick Coherence breath is a proven and simple heart coherence breathing practice allowing us to settle the energy and set the frequency of our very own heart.

This 6 rhythmic breaths per minute practice has been proven to harmonize the tone of our heart within 60 seconds creating heart coherence. You can repeat this practice for 1 – 5 minutes (1 – 5 rounds)

This practice can be enjoyed in a variety of different breathing rhythms, as long as you keep to 6 breath cycles per minute, while focusing your attention on the energy within and around your heart.

For instance, you can enjoy six rounds of a balanced breath with a slow smooth 5 count inhale and slow smooth 5 count exhale or try six rounds of an extended exhale with a 4 count inhale and 6 count exhale to stimulate and regulate the parasympathetic relaxation response of your nervous system.

On the exhales, try humming a tone of any sound that feels true to you into the center of your heart. You can also place a hand on your heart if that helps you to connect.

Imagine or see, feel and sense light flowing in, around and through your heart with your full body emanating your intention out while receiving the resonance of your intention through the frequency of your heart, breath by breath.

For example, you can set your heart coherence by syncing your breathing and humming while setting the intention of peace, health, joy, trust or hope. You can also use this practice to release the vibration of anger, fear and hopelessness. You can imagine a color(s) associated with your intention flowing in and out of your heart as you release and receive what you need to be in the frequency you are choosing. This is your choice. The power is within you.

Try the practice outside with the Sun shining rays of light into the back of your heart.

This simple practice can empower you in navigating the ups and downs throughout your day by creating a current of calm and optimizing your wellbeing. You are literally raising your vibration from the survival paradigm tones to a true felt sense of wellbeing, harmony, trust, hope and integrity by powering up the frequency of your heart.
