Weekend Retreat Investment: $350/pp
The retreat investment includes two catered meals. Saturday evening dinner by Taj Indian Restaurant and a delicious Sunday breakfast by Chautauqua Dining Hall plus all of your retreat activities, sacred ceremonies, medicine making kits, herbal teas and snacks.

Deposit: A deposit of $150/pp is due at the time of your registration. The remaining retreat investment balance of $200/pp is due by September 30, 2023.
Onsite Lodging: If you are interested lodging for Friday 11/3 and Saturday 11/4 please contact Scott at ScottAMedina@gmail.com. This will be reserved on a first-come basis. We have a very limited amount of lodging onsite with queen beds.
The Chautauqua Dinning Hall is available for the meals during your weekend stay that are not covered by the retreat investment. If you prefer, there is also a fully stocked kitchen with a large refrigerator for you to prepare your own meals in the lodging space.

Scott and Shanti Medina are a dynamic husband-and-wife duo from Boulder, CO on a mission to uplift humanity by empowering self-realization. Their very popular sacred sound workshops with gong, didgeridoo and 7-chakra crystal bowls, ecstatic community chants, and inspiring retreats offer a sweet and deep dive into the vibration where the soma, or body, and mantra are One.

The CD is a collection of original chants from wisdom-traditions around the globe along with embodied somatic therapy practices to self-regulate the nervous system and ignite the innate wisdom. Shanti founded her Body Current® modality as a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience. Much of Shanti’s inherent wisdom in regulating the nervous system was imprinted as a young child living through her own trauma. Her own healing has inspired the root of her unique approach in coaching women’s wellness and wholeness as well as training elite athletes and top business professionals.
She enjoys sharing her intuitive Spirit Medium readings and connecting others to their Spirit Guides while receiving answers to questions and insights for career, health, life transitions and more. She weaves certifications in Yoga Therapy, Sacred Ceremony and Plant Medicine Clinical Herbalism with her advanced trainings in Medical Zang Fu Gong Qigong, Radiant Lotus Women’s Qigong, Wuji Hundun Qigong, Brain Training and Shamanic Healing.
Scott has worked with the working poor and homeless population in Boulder, CO for over 25 years as Community Relations Director with Boulder Bridge House, previously Community Table. Scott also enjoys sharing his love for music with preschoolers across Boulder County as Mr. Scott the Music Man and has released one educational children’s DVD.
In his free time Scott enjoys hiking and biking as well as being a featured author and music interviewer at Sonic Perspectives. Since growing up in the prog-stronghold Philadelphia when he was young, he has been an avid fan of progressive rock since growing up. Scott has been a mainstay at prog concerts and festivals including the prog cruise events.
